The European Commission has published a JOINT COMMUNICATION TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL – Resilience, Deterrence and Defence: Building strong cybersecurity for the EU, with the aim to set out the scale of the challenge, and the range of measures that the EU can take against cybersecurity.
